Connected Fulfillment

Warehousing and Shipping, Connected — Not Bolted Together

Fulfillment and shipping are usually treated as separate problems solved by separate vendors, which means inventory data, order status, and shipping data all have to be reconciled manually between systems. Shiplystic's 3PL Logistics and Warehousing capability connects inventory management and fulfillment operations directly to the shipping engine, so an order moves from "in stock" to "picked" to "shipped" to "delivered" without a handoff between disconnected tools.

Warehouse Performance KPI

Why It Matters

When warehousing and shipping operate on separate disconnected platforms, every dispatch requires slow, manual system handoffs.

Connecting 3PL warehousing directly into the courier rate and dispatch engine eliminates manual handoffs: pick-pack completion and AWB generation become synchronized steps in a single unified workflow.
3PL & Warehousing Value Metrics

Eliminate manual fulfillment handoffs and optimize warehouse SLA performance:

  • Zero Manual Handoff Delays — Packed items immediately convert into bookable courier shipments without re-entry.
  • Smart Location Routing — Orders automatically assign to the storage hub closest to recipient pincodes.
  • End-to-End SLA Visibility — Monitor SKU inventory turnover and pick-to-pack dispatch cycles in real time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about connecting warehouse logistics and multi-courier dispatch.

Does this replace a dedicated WMS, or does it integrate with one I already use?

Our solution is highly flexible. It functions as a complete standalone WMS for brands looking to run warehousing directly from Shiplystic, but it also features native API connectors to integrate seamlessly with existing legacy enterprise WMS software (like Increff, Vinculum, Uniware, or SAP) to sync inventory and keep fulfillment operations completely automated.

Can orders be automatically split across multiple warehouses if stock is spread across locations?

Yes. Our smart multi-warehouse routing ruleset allows you to configure split-shipment rules. If an order contains SKU items located in different regional warehouses (e.g. North Hub and South Hub), the system will calculate the most cost-efficient way to either split-ship them separately or bundle them, based on transit distance and courier charges.

Is warehousing available as a service, or is this software for warehouses I already operate?

Shiplystic provides the software infrastructure (OMS/WMS) to automate and manage your own operated warehouses or connect with your 3PL partners. We do not own or manage physical warehouse spaces ourselves.
