Shiplystic provides multiple secure payment options to ensure convenience for all users:
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface) – instant transfers via supported apps.
- Credit & Debit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and other recognized networks.
- Net Banking – direct payments through participating banks.
- Digital Wallets – including PhonePe, Paytm, and other supported platforms.
- All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
2. Billing & Charges
- Per Booking Charges: Each shipment booking incurs charges based on weight, dimensions, destination, and courier partner selection.
- Subscription Users: Customers opting for subscription or enterprise accounts follow defined billing cycles (monthly/quarterly) as agreed in their service contract.
- Invoices: A digital invoice is generated for every transaction and accessible via the Shiplystic platform.
3. Taxes & Compliance
- All applicable GST and statutory taxes are included in the final billing amount.
- Tax breakdowns are displayed clearly on invoices for transparency.
- Users are responsible for compliance with any additional local tax obligations.
4. Payment Confirmation
- Successful payments trigger an instant confirmation email/SMS along with booking details.
- In case of payment failure, users are advised to retry or contact Shiplystic support.
5. Refunds & Adjustments
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed in accordance with Shiplystic’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Adjustments for overcharges or duplicate payments are credited to the user’s account or refunded to the original payment method.
6. Security & Fraud Prevention
- Shiplystic employs encryption, secure servers, and fraud detection systems to safeguard transactions.
- Any suspicious activity may result in account suspension pending investigation.
7. Governing Law
This Payment Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes related to payments shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
